Psalm 24 (King James Version)
1 The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?
4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
"Lord, we ask that every Sunday will usher in an awesome and refreshing presence of the Holy Spirit. Amen".

The first celebration service at Vivo City.
On this landmark move, what are your thoughts on this change?
I invited my niece and she came along. Vivo City was one 'pull' factor.
I'm sure there will be more to come as Moriah goes 'public' and we can be 'listed'.

How We Should Pray
"The proper way for a man to pray,
"Said Deacon Lemuel Keys,"
And the only proper attitude
Is down upon his knees."
"No, I should say the way to pray,
"Said Reverend Doctor Wise,
"Is standing straight with outstretched arms
And rapt and upturned eyes."
"Oh, no, no, no!" said Elder Slow,
"Such posture is too proud.
A man should pray with eyes fast closed
And head contritely bowed."
"It seems to me his hands should be
Austerely clasped in front
With both thumbs pointing toward the ground,
"Said Reverend Doctor Blunt.
"Last year I fell in Hidgkin's well
Head first," said Cyrus Brown,
"With both my heels a-stickin' up
And my head a-pointin' down.
And I made a prayer right then and there,
The best prayer I ever said,
The prayingest prayer I ever prayed
A-standin' on my head!"
There are many different opinions how people should pray.

Another song from Hillsong new Album "Mighty to Save".
A beautiful song by Darlene that speak of the love of our Lord Jesus ...
The message from the brigde...
"You tore the veil, You made a way
When You said that it is done."
Yes, if it not because of the work our Saviour had done on the cross we will not be able to be united with the Father again... thank you Lord Jesus for the work You've done for us ... ~sa~

Just got back from Vivo City GV. We got the system up and tested. 35 minutes to setup and 15 to come down. Still got to work on it guys but great job!. At least we got an idea of what it is like come 19 November.
Not able to get some pictures up for you cos I seem to have problem using the home pc to upload pictures to Blogger. Will keep you updated.
Volunteers. We are looking for crew. Men and women come forward. It's a new journey for Moriah. Definitely a plus point cos we are bring the church to the mass. Terry hinted. "How nice if our new acepella group can sing at the lobby" when he say Tang's Christmas promotion at the foyer.
You see there's a new meaning to Christmas this year.
Cheers

Welcome Nick and Jonathan. Our two new sound guys. They were in Church today to dismantle the system, clean the components up and then set it up so that we can move it to Vivo City for testing this Saturday.
It is all system go for now and come Saturday, we will be testing it out. Starting 19 November, we will need guys (at least six strong young men) to help organise the logistics. Pray for willing souls to come forward. Not the job for the faint hearted cos the system has to be up from scratch in fifteen minutes time so that the musicians can get to practice before the congregration comes in. And pack in fifteen minutes again before we leave.
Spread the news and urge them to sign up as CREW.

This is the song I sing every morning during my devotion... it act as a reminder and encourgement to me as I start my day.
Eeryone needs compansion, everyone needs forgiveness and we can only find all these in our Saviour's kindness...
The music is great, love the finger picking at the start and the drum in the middle of the song. May be we can try that out one day? Now here is the song ... ~SA~
